Glovo is seeking a hands-on Office Manager to lead operations for our Italian market. Based in Milan HQ, you will ensure our offices in Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples, and Palermo run smoothly and foster a vibrant workplace culture.

You will join the People Team and own central administration, budget management, facilities coordination, and engagement events, from onboarding to annual parties.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or facilities management.
• Strong coordination across multiple locations and vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for administrative matters and onboarding of new joiners.
• Manage office budgets and supply inventory, ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate facilities and services across Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples and Palermo.
