CAP INGELEC, Milano, is seeking a Business Development professional to drive sales on the Italian market. You will leverage your network and industry knowledge to engage local players in design and construction projects and to propose high-value solutions.

You will develop offers, manage the business development activity, and negotiate contracts. You will accompany customers through project implementation and collaborate closely with the Delivery department to ensure satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role on design and construction projects.
• Strong skills in business plan organisation and negotiation.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.

• Develop offers and a sales strategy with high added value for customers.
• Manage and develop network and business development activities.
• Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs.
• Conduct negotiations with leads or customers and sign contracts.
• Accompany the customer through project implementation.
