Cap Ingelec Sa in Italy is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team and oversee multi-disciplinary industrial building projects from site preparation to handover.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate on-site activities, manage budgets, scheduling, and change orders while ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and contractual commitments, with frequent travel across Italy.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Ability to travel frequently across Italy.

Mansioni

• Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs, and anticipating technical constraints.
• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring progress, budget, and scheduling.
• Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors.
• Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals) and compliance with standards.
• Leading site meetings and liaising with partners.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.
