CAP INGELEC in Milan is seeking a Planning Engineer to optimize project timelines and coordinate subcontractors on site. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities related to scheduling and collaborate with design and construction teams to improve delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate has an engineering background in construction, extensive experience in planning and scheduling, and is fluent in Italian and English.

- Based mainly on site, open to frequent travel across Italy.

- Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
- Manage planning of complex interconnected projects, including resource allocation and cost optimization.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery and budget.
- Challenge construction methodologies and technical solutions to improve project performance.
- Collaborate with Design and Construction teams to optimize delivery schedules and cost efficiency.
- Anticipate issues and adjust schedules to maintain original timeline.
- Prepare schedule reports for client, stakeholders and partners.
