CAP INGELEC in Italy is seeking a seasoned Business Developer to grow our presence in the Italian market. You will leverage your network and experience to build high-value offers and a robust sales strategy.

Fluent in Italian and English, with French a plus, you will manage your network, pursue new business, and negotiate contracts with key players on design and construction projects. You will work autonomously in a multicultural team and collaborate closely with Delivery to ensure customer

Competenze

Graduated from a Business or an Engineering school with at least 5 years in a Business Development position on design and construction projects.
Strong skills on business plan organisation and negotiation.
Fluent in Italian and English; French would be a plus.

Develop offers and build the right sales strategy with high added value for customers.
Manage and develop your network and your business development activities.
Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs.
Conduct negotiations with leads or customers to sign contracts.
Accompany the customer throughout project implementation.
Work closely with CAP INGELEC's Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.
