• Develop and manage your business unit within the engineering consulting environment.
• Build and develop your own client portfolio in Industry or IT.
• Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings.
• Manage and optimize the profitability of your business unit.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit consulting engineers.
