CAP INGELEC, a general contractor for major industrial building projects in Milan, seeks an Electrical Construction Engineer to join the on-site team. You will coordinate and manage electrical LV/MV construction activities from prep to handover, ensuring compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE commitments.

With an Electrical Engineering degree and at least 8 years’ experience on industrial sites, you will demonstrate leadership and strong interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• Electrical Engineering degree required.
• 8+ years of experience as electrical construction engineer on industrial building projects.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; service-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage construction projects (Electrical LV/MV) from prep to handover.
• Supervise subcontractors and monitor progress, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, change orders, approvals, and handovers.
• Lead site meetings and liaise with partners.
• Ensure adherence to HSE rules.
