Cap Ingelec is seeking an Electrical HV Construction Manager for Milan-based, site-focused duties overseeing high-voltage electrical projects. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budget and schedule, and ensure compliance with contract terms, approvals, and HSE rules.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are required, with Italian and English proficiency. Travel across Italy is expected, and the role is primarily on-site near construction activities.

Competenze

• Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Based mainly on site with frequent travel across Italy.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with diplomacy, rigor and service mindset.

Mansioni

• Define methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors) and anticipate technical constraints.
• Manage project execution and coordinate on-site operations, monitoring progress, budget and scheduling.
• Supervise site managers and oversee subcontractors.
• Ensure contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, standards compliance, handovers).
• Lead site meetings and liaise with partners.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules.
