Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR administration, office management or similar multifunctional roles.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment administration and local practices.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local HR contact for employees and managers in Italy.
• Support onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate local HR administration and maintain personnel records.
• Collaborate with Group HR on policies, processes and reporting.
• Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies.
• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional environment.
