Job summary

FlexAuto in Rome, Italy, is seeking an proactive HR Business Partner to support HR processes across Italian operations. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance to local managers, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and help with performance reviews and employee development.

The role is hands-on and collaborative, focusing on implementing HR policies and fostering an engaging workplace within a fast-growing European mobility scale-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of HR experience (Generalist/Specialist/HRBP)
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and local managers
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding across Italian operations
• Support performance reviews, feedback, and development initiatives
• Assist in employee relations matters and escalate complex cases
• Coordinate HR documentation and liaise with payroll/employment advisors
• Monitor employee data and prepare HR reports
• Support local HR policy implementation and international HR projects
