Job summary

Launchmetrics seeks a senior People Director for Italy to partner with Business Teams across multiple functions, guiding HR strategy and day-to-day operations. You will combine strategic partnering with hands-on People Operations to support cross‑country teams.

You will bring deep knowledge of Italian employment practices, lead complex employee relations, and ensure local practices align with global HR priorities while operating autonomously in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner/People Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment practices and handling complex ER issues.
• Proven expertise in performance and talent management, org design, and change management.
• Able to operate autonomously with good judgement on sensitive people matters.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary People partner for business teams across functions, advising on people topics.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning and change to align with business needs.
• Drive performance, calibration, succession and development priorities for your functions.
• Coach leaders on complex employee relations and ensure case resolution with counsel when needed.
• Provide senior oversight of Italy HR practices within the global People framework.
