Job summary

Bertrandt Group in Italy seeks an experienced HR operations and administration manager to lead the local HR & Administration function and support development of operations and business.

You will coordinate HR and administrative activities at site level, ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations while collaborating with employees, managers and international stakeholders to drive operational excellence and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations or Senior HR Generalist roles.
• Solid knowledge of Italian labour law and personnel administration.
• Experience managing employee relations and compliance topics.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the local HR & Administration team; define priorities and workload allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
• Support management on people and organizational matters; ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Oversee personnel administration activities; supervise recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate site-related administrative activities; supervise external providers and documentation.
• Interface with Group HR functions and support corporate initiatives and reporting.
