myPOS is seeking an HR Generalist to lead people matters in Italy, covering recruitment, payroll, and employment documentation. You will partner with local managers and our international HR/Payroll teams in a hands-on role with ownership from finding the right people to ensuring they are paid.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment (focus on sales roles), coordinating payroll with Deel, ensuring compliance with Italian tax and CCNL, and managing employee contracts, benefits, and HR

Competenze

Hands-on experience running full recruitment processes (sales-focused roles preferred).
Solid experience preparing Italian payroll inputs and coordinating with external payroll providers.
Good knowledge of Italian labour law, CCNL, and employment documentation.
Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and GDPR; strong data quality and confidentiality.

Talent Acquisition: define hiring needs with Italy managers, manage end-to-end recruitment, build local talent pipeline, keep ATS updated, manage offers and onboarding handover.
