myPOS is seeking an HR Generalist to act as the point of reference for all people matters in Italy. You will own recruitment, payroll, employment documentation and benefits, working with local managers and international HR teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end Italian recruitment (sales focus), coordinating payroll with Deel, handling CCNL compliance, and administering contracts and benefits with strict data accuracy.

Competenze

• Experience running full recruitment processes, especially for sales roles.
• Experience preparing Italian payroll inputs and coordinating with external payroll providers.
• Good knowledge of Italian labour law, CCNL, and employment documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data quality/compliance (GDPR).
• Familiarity with ATS, HR and payroll systems and multi-country environments.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in Italy, with a focus on sales and business development roles.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs for Italy with an external payroll provider; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and terminations in line with Italian law; maintain accurate records.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure correct payroll deductions.
• Be primary point of contact in Italy for payroll, documentation and benefits questions.
