myPOS in Milano is seeking an HR Generalist to own people matters in Italy, including recruitment, payroll, documentation and benefits. You will work with local managers and international HR teams, delivering a hands-on role with real ownership.

You will drive talent acquisition for sales and business development, ensure payroll accuracy with Deel, handle employment contracts and benefits, and keep HR records compliant with GDPR.

Competenze

• Hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience, especially for sales roles.
• Experience preparing Italian payroll inputs and coordinating with a provider.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law, CCNL and employment documentation.
• Familiar with ATS, HRIS and data privacy (GDPR) requirements.
• Excellent Italian and fluent professional English.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Italy, focusing on sales and business development.
• Coordinate payroll with Deel and ensure compliance with Italian tax and social security.
• Prepare contracts, amendments and maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR.
• Administer benefits and be the first point of contact for payroll questions.
• Propose improvements to recruitment, payroll and HR processes in Italy.
