RH is seeking an International Payroll Analyst to own end-to-end payroll processing for Italy and to support payroll activities in additional international locations as needed.

This role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local laws, payroll systems like Neeyamo Payroll 3.0, Oracle HCM and Dayforce, and on building trusted partnerships across HR, Finance, and vendors.

Competenze

• 3+ years of payroll operations experience, ideally multi-country.
• Knowledge of local payroll laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience with Neeyamo Payroll 3.0, Oracle HCM, Dayforce.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for Italy, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll processing across additional international countries as needed.
• Coordinate and validate payroll data with external vendors and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute payroll payments and provide payroll reporting.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, HR and Finance.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and support month-end close/audits.
