Job summary

FlexAuto in Rome, Italy, is seeking an proactive HR Business Partner to support HR processes across Italian operations. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance to local managers, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, and help with performance reviews and employee development.

The role is hands-on and collaborative, focusing on implementing HR policies and fostering an engaging workplace within a fast-growing European mobility scale-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of HR experience (Generalist/Specialist/HRBP)
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As part of our international HR team, the HR Business Partner - Italy will support the delivery of HR processes and people initiatives across our Italian operations.

Working closely with local managers and the international HR team, you will provide day-to-day HR guidance, facilitate employee-related processes, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role, focused on supporting business needs and ensuring the effective implementation of established HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and local managers
• Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Support the execution of performance reviews, employee feedback, and development initiatives
• Assist in addressing employee relations matters, escalating complex cases when appropriate
• Coordinate HR documentation and liaise with external payroll and employment advisors
• Monitor employee data and prepare regular HR reports
• Support the local implementation of HR policies, engagement activities, and international HR projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner role
• Good working knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR administration
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Salary Range

35.000 gross annually - 45.000 gross annually (+) benefits
