Human Value S.r.l. is seeking a Global HR Business Partner – Operations to support the evolution and optimization of the global Operations organization.

The role includes organizational strategy, workforce analytics, and hands-on support for the Italian branch, in a newly formed international, private-equity backed group. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing or multinational settings, thrives in numbers and business cases, and communicates effectively with senior

Competenze

• 5–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial or multinational environments — ideally within process industries — with a strong understanding of manufacturing organizations, labor costs and operational workforce dynamics.
• Fluent English; international experience highly desirable.

Mansioni

• ~80% – Global Operations Business Partnering, Scaling an Efficient Organization Partner with Operations and Sr Management on the optimization and integration of the global Operations organization, structure, and footprint (including over a dozen manufacturing plants worldwide, and global functional departments such as Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) Analyze workforce structures, resource requirements and personnel costs across plants and geographies.
• ~20% – Italy HQ HR Support Italian Sr. management and the Italy HR Manager on industrial relations and selected high-impact activities (eg. Organizational and management performance improvement plans, organizational redesign opportunities), working closely with local HR and external advisors where required. Support mid- to senior-level management recruitment at Group management level, across Functions, from profile definition through selection and onboarding. Contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives at Group level.
