Job summary

FlexAuto in Rome, Italy seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support HR processes across Italian operations. You will collaborate with local managers and the international HR team to provide day-to-day guidance, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations in a hands-on, collaborative role.

The position focuses on implementing HR policies, driving engagement, and supporting business needs within a fast-growing European scale-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably as Generalist, Specialist, or Business Partner.
• Italian employment law and HR administration knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic environment with MS Office/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and local managers.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
• Support performance reviews, feedback, and development initiatives.
• Address employee relations matters and escalate complex cases.

Position Summary

As part of our international HR team, the HR Business Partner – Italy will support the delivery of HR processes and people initiatives across our Italian operations.

Working closely with local managers and the international HR team, you will provide day-to-day HR guidance, facilitate employee-related processes, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role, focused on supporting business needs and ensuring the effective implementation of established HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and local managers.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support the execution of performance reviews, employee feedback, and development initiatives.
• Assist in addressing employee relations matters, escalating complex cases when appropriate.
• Coordinate HR documentation and liaise with external payroll and employment advisors.
• Monitor employee data and prepare regular HR reports.
• Support the local implementation of HR policies, engagement activities, and international HR projects.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner role.
• Good working knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Salary Range:

35.000 gross annually - 45.000 gross annually (+) benefits
