Job summary

LHH Italy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead people strategy, employee relations and workforce planning for around 60 employees. You will partner with management to drive transformation, oversee recruitment, reporting, and compensation activities, and deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Based in Rome, you will report to the General Manager in Italy with a functional line to the South Europe HR Manager, joining a PE-backed company undergoing rapid change

Qualifications

• Previous HRBP or generalist HR experience, ideally in the Education sector.
• Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes: employee relations, recruitment, performance management and compensation & benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with HR reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers in Italy, providing guidance on all people-related matters.
• Support the General Manager and leadership team in organizational development, workforce planning and people management.
• Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR activities in line with company policies and regulations.
• Support organizational change initiatives during transformation.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare and deliver regular HR reports and dashboards for local and regional management.
