Educato is hiring a Go-to-Market lead for Italy to own the market entry end-to-end, collaborating with a global team to tailor our playbook to the Italian education landscape.

You will map learner journeys, launch partnerships, and build a social/community presence while running ambassador programs and collecting user insights for product feedback.

This fast-paced startup role offers strong ownership and equity as part of our mission to improve education through AI-driven tutoring.

Competenze

• Native Italian and fluent English required.
• Experience with influencer/creator marketing in Italy.
• Proven ability to build and engage online communities and social channels.
• Experience running user research and turning insights into actions.
• Ability to own KPIs and make data-driven growth decisions.
• Comfort working as a generalist in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Genuine interest in education and helping students succeed.

Mansioni

• Market research & strategy: Identify segments, map learner journeys, and shape positioning. Build launch plans with timelines and channels.
• Creator & partner growth: Secure collaborations with Italian creators, educators, universities, and communities; track reach, sign-ups, CAC, ROI.
• Social & community building: Launch Educato Italy on TikTok, Instagram; build and moderate learner communities (Discord, Telegram) and run ambassador programs.
• Content launch readiness: Ensure listings, landing pages, FAQs, and comms are accurate, localized, and conversion-ready.
• User insights & product feedback: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests; share insights with Product for improvements.
• Post-launch growth & reporting: Nurture partnerships, scale winning channels, report KPIs to the team.
