TextYess, an AI-first CRM, seeks a GTM Engineer to design and maintain the automation engine powering sales, support, and retention at scale from Milano. You will collaborate with Sales Team Leaders and Marketing to enable rapid expansion into new markets.

The role requires 2–3 years in GTM/RevOps, hands-on automation with CRM tools, and fluency in Italian and English. On-site in Italy, with ownership and growth expectations in a lean, fast-moving scale-up.

Competenze

• 2–3 years in GTM ops or RevOps or a technical role.
• Hands-on with automation and CRM tools (e.g., Clay, Attio, Zapier, Make).
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain automated workflows across GTM stack (Clay, Attio, Enginy, Aircall).
• Build and maintain enriched prospect lists at scale using Clay workflows.
• Develop scoring models to qualify leads against ICP.
• Keep Attio clean: deduplication, validation, CRM structure.
• Build self-service dashboards for BDRs and AEs to track funnel and performance.
• Test new tools, sequences, and channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp); explore AI use cases.
