ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team delivering enterprise AI solutions with ElevenAgents. You’ll partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and GTM colleagues to map customer problems to AI workflows, structure multi-faceted deals, and drive successful deployments.

In this remote-first role, you’ll collaborate with customers across industries, travel for onsite engagements, and communicate complex concepts clearly in English and Italian.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable engaging in deal conversations and pricing.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability to work across industries and technical use cases.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling.

Mansioni

• Meet strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end - from identifying the right use case to structuring terms and driving to close.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers and deliver outcomes as if part of their team.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products including agent design and orchestration.
• Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform and models.
• Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and AI technology to customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to reach production and outcomes.
