AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG’s Italian office in Trescore Balneario is seeking a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics to drive growth in the Italian market and expand client networks.

You will identify new customers for Project Logistics services, build a plan of meetings, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with sales teams. The role offers a multicultural environment, professional development, and opportunities to advance within a growing logistics group.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in Project Logistics Sales.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry.
• Deep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation.
• Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team.

Mansioni

• Active work looking for new customers in the Italian focus market region majoring in selling Project Logistics services.
• Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the customers.
• Attraction of new customers, retention and development of customers.
• Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and related agreements.
• Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio.
• Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity.
• Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
