The role requires a Master’s degree in road transport management, initial team leadership experience, and excellent Italian and English communication. On-site employment with a permanent contract, offering a competitive salary and strong development opportunities.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment
• Initial experience in team management and development
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
• Ability to adapt to peak activity periods with structured problem-solving
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems (Excel) and various enterprise management systems
• Interest in transport and logistics and comfort with remote communication tools
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
