Deliveroo in Italy is seeking a Head of Communications & PR to lead local strategy, media relations, and crisis management from Rome or Milan. The role is hybrid, reporting to the International Communications team and partnering with the Italian General Manager and leadership.

You will oversee local narratives, coach executives for interviews, and guide the local agency on digital-first campaigns while aligning with global goals.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading external communications, crisis management, and media relations.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage agency partners and navigate complex matrix environments with senior internal stakeholders.
• Established relationships with key media outlets, journalists, content creators and commentators in Italy.
• Experience leveraging social media and AI-driven tools to amplify media campaigns.
• Nice-to-have: Tech sector experience.
