Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a customer support specialist for our Lisbon, Portugal site. You will assist Italian-speaking clients via phone and email, perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics, and manage order follow-ups and customer queries across three support systems.

The role requires fluency in Italian and English, strong problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. The schedule is 08:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday with a rotational day off and Sundays off, on-site in sunny Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (written & spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills and tech adaptability.
• Customer-focused attitude; cross-selling experience is a plus.
