Job summary

WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will provide multilingual support, respond to inquiries, and assist customers with platform and product questions in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2).
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible for rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and features.
