WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will join an international, multicultural team and support customers in Italian while engaging with English-speaking colleagues during training.

The role offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support including a relocation package and hotel accommodation. Rotating shifts and a 5-day workweek are part of the schedule.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions; troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and maintain quality standards.
