United Talent Acquisition is hiring Italian-speaking professionals for customer support and content moderation roles based in Portugal. You will respond to inquiries, help with troubleshooting, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with an international team.

The role requires Italian C1+, English B2+, and eligibility to work in Portugal; on-site in Porto or Lisbon with possible remote options within Portugal. Full-time shifts including weekends.

Competenze

• Italian fluency (C1 or higher)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Portugal
• Availability to work on-site in Porto
