Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a frontline support specialist to be the first contact for customers by phone and email. You will provide roadside assistance, support the brand’s app and digital services, and handle general customer service requests for a demanding clientele that expects premium service.

Responsibilities include handling 30–50 inquiries daily, providing 24/7 breakdown support, collecting case details, and guiding bookings and product activations.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian or C1 proficiency required.
• English at least B2 level.
• Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Typing speed 25 words per minute with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle 30–50 calls and emails daily.
• Provide 24/7 roadside assistance and recovery support.
• Assist customers with mobile app and digital services.
• Guide service purchases and appointment bookings.
• Address warranty, maintenance, and dealership inquiries.
• Escalate complex cases to back office.
