Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Italian-speaking) for a fully remote role based in mainland Portugal. You will serve as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling POS-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while ensuring accurate CRM documentation and collaboration with the tech team for escalations.

The role requires excellent Italian language skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1+) written and spoken.
• Proven customer service or tech-support experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking users via phone, email and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to POS functionalities, hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues as needed.
• Meet KPIs and SLA targets set by the client.
