Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our POS System Solutions team. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering support for a leading POS platform in a fully remote role with relocation assistance from outside Portugal.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document interactions in the CRM system, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues while aiming to meet KPIs and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian (C1+) both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to POS system functionalities, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and account-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex cases.
• Meet performance KPIs and SLA targets set by the client.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and process updates.
