Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a frontline support associate to be the first contact for customers by phone and email. You will deliver premium roadside assistance and assist with the brand's app and digital services.

Based remotely with occasional on-site visits to Athens, you will handle inquiries, collect case details, coordinate with back offices, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a demanding clientele.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 Italian
• B2 English

Responsibilities

• Handle 30–50 incoming calls and emails per day
• Provide 24/7 roadside assistance, including breakdown and recovery support, following strict safety guidelines
• Collect the details needed for each case, including vehicle data, customer details and GPS location
• Support customers with the brand's mobile app and digital services, including login, account issues and activating or deactivating features
• Guide customers through service purchases, appointment booking and vehicle monitoring
• Answer first-line enquiries on warranty, maintenance and dealership information
• Manage workshop complaints and goodwill requests, and elevate complex cases to the back office
