WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join their international team in Greece onsite. If you are fluent in Italian and enjoy helping customers, this role offers paid training, relocation support, and a dynamic multicultural environment.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian, with English for training, work rotating shifts, and opportunity for career development in a fast-paced, service-focused setting.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal comms.
• Prior Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
