WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Fluency in Italian and English is required; prior customer support experience is a plus. Full relocation support is provided, including hotel and airport pickup. Training is provided from day one.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian required. English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
