WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Greece. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and guiding users through the platform.

No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided. English skills at B2+ are needed for training and internal communication, with a dynamic, multicultural work environment and relocation support.

Competenze

• Italian language proficiency at C1/C2 and English at least B2.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow quality standards.
• Help customers understand features and capabilities.
