WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

English training is required (B2+), and prior customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fully paid training, relocation assistance, and a supportive work environment are provided to help you integrate quickly.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian with C1/C2 level; English B2+ required for training.
• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work onsite.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
