WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role offers relocation support, fully paid training from day one, and a performance bonus up to 10%. English is required for training and internal communication in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Greece with relocation support.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
