WW Talents is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries while working onsite and collaborating across a multicultural environment.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided, with relocation support available for EU movers. Expect a dynamic schedule with rotating shifts and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required due to training.
• Willing to relocate to Greece and work onsite.

Mansioni

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
