WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international, multicultural team onsite in Greece. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while learning about the platform, product, and services.

The role offers paid training from day one, relocation assistance for EU movers, and a competitive salary package with a performance bonus up to 10%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
