As an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative, you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, document interactions in CRM, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction while rotating shifts.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
