WW Talents in Greece is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite. The role requires Italian fluency (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for training and internal communication.

No prior experience is required as fully paid training is provided, with relocation support for EU applicants. The position offers 5 days a week with rotational shifts, a paid training plan, and a salary of €1,100 gross per month paid across 14 salaries.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus; not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and digital tools.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
