WW Talents is looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team onsite in Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role offers fully paid training from day one, relocation support for EU candidates, and a dynamic multicultural environment. English is required for training, with 5 days per week and rotational shifts from 08:00 to 00:00.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian with English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support or related roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Proficient with CRM systems and multiple applications.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
