WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join its onsite team in Greece. The role offers full relocation support, paid training from day one, and a competitive salary with a performance bonus.

You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, across phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Ideal for candidates relocating within the EU or already in Greece, with no strict experience requirements.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support or related roles is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Comfortable using CRM systems and multiple applications

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
