Job summary

WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work fully remotely from Greece. You will support customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues while documenting interactions in CRM. No prior experience is required as fully paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support is a plus, but no prior experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
