Job summary

WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join our fully remote team in Greece. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, resolving account issues and guiding users through products and features.

This role requires strong communication in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), comfort with CRM tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international setting. A full relocation package and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Experience in customer support, remote preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
