Job summary

Bachecalavoro is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support agent for a fully remote role based in Greece with relocation support. You will work from anywhere in Greece, handling Italian customer inquiries and providing help via phone, email and chat.

This role offers 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, shifts 08:00-00:00, and a gross salary of €1,045 per month paid 14 times a year, plus a 15% performance bonus and fully paid training.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian with C1/C2 level.
• English language proficiency (B2+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and multiple applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Willingness to rotate shifts in a 5x2 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions and ensure data accuracy.
