Job summary

Bachecalavoro is seeking a remote Italian-speaking customer support agent to join our Greece-based team. This fully remote role requires Italian fluency and offers a relocation package and paid training.

Responsibilities include providing support via phone, email, and chat in Italian, resolving inquiries, documenting interactions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Work is 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts, and compensation includes €1,045 gross per month over 14 salaries plus up to 15%

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English (B2+) for training and internal communications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely with independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
