Job summary

Bachecalavoro is hiring for a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support role based in Greece. You will work from anywhere in Greece while relocating with full support. The job requires Italian at C1/C2 and English at B2+, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions to keep quality high. Relocation is covered and training starts on day one, with a salary of €1,045 gross per month

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) required.
• English proficiency at B2+ required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
